Baked Stuffing Balls

INGREDIENTS

  • 1-4 boxes Stove Top Stuffing
  • Butter
  • Chicken stock (in place of water)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Make boxed Stove Top Stuffing, following the recipe on the box
  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Coat muffin tin with butter or non-stick spray
  • Allow stuffing to cool, then shape into balls that just fill each cup of the muffin tin
  • Place one stuffing ball in each cup of prepared muffin tin
  • Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes, or until the tops of the stuffing balls are golden-brown and crispy

Note: You can get fancier by making stuffing from scratch, of course, but when I make these for my partner’s family, I’m making enough for 30-some people so I’m going for quick and easy every time.
