The Yummiest Corn Casserole

INGREDIENTS

  • 2-3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cans of corn
  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Melt 2 to 3 tablespoons of butter and 2 heaping tablespoons of flour in a saucepan and stir for about 30 seconds. Add 1 cup of milk and stir until thickened.
  2. Drain 2 cans of corn
  3. Add drained corn to the thickened mixture and stir
  4. Let this mixture cool
  5. Beat 2 eggs in a separate bowl, then add to the cooled corn mixture and stir
  6. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste
  7. Add to a greased 9 by 13 inch pan
  8. Bake 350 for 30 to 40 minutes
  9. You know it’s ready when a knife comes out clean from the center of the casserole!
