Maple Glazed Brussel Sprouts

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 pounds brussel sprouts
  • Olive oil
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ½ tsp sea salt or kosher salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F
  2. Line a half sheet pan with parchment paper
  3. Wash the brussels sprouts and cut in half, pat dry to remove excess moisture
  4. Place the cut and dried brussels sprouts in a large bowl
  5. Add the oil, maple syrup, and salt to bowl, toss to combine
  6. Spread the coated brussels sprouts evenly on the lined baking tray
  7. Roast in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, check on them depending on how crispy you prefer
  8. Remove from the oven, add salt as needed
  9. Enjoy!
