INGREDIENTS
- 2 pounds brussel sprouts
- Olive oil
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ½ tsp sea salt or kosher salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425°F
- Line a half sheet pan with parchment paper
- Wash the brussels sprouts and cut in half, pat dry to remove excess moisture
- Place the cut and dried brussels sprouts in a large bowl
- Add the oil, maple syrup, and salt to bowl, toss to combine
- Spread the coated brussels sprouts evenly on the lined baking tray
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, check on them depending on how crispy you prefer
- Remove from the oven, add salt as needed
- Enjoy!
